The Butch Voices’ Programming Co-Chairs and committee proudly present to you a working list of workshops and sessions along with their presenters. We are beyond thrilled at the topics being covered over the conference weekend. The list is in alphabetic order and of course subject to change.

Butch Voices Needs You!
Pride is upon us in many areas across the globe over the next two months. Butch Voices is looking to have street teams for flyering purposes to get the word out about the conference happening this August 20th -23rd in Oakland.
We’re offering $10 off the registration rate for those using the code included on the flyer. So we encourage everyone to hang on to the flyer and take advantage of the discount code when signing up to attend the conference.
We’re including this black and white pdf version that can be downloaded and printed on your end to distribute and let folks know about Butch Voices. We chose black and white as a cost effective version that we could pass on to you on the flip side in printing purposes.
We’re also going to be flyering in the Bay area over Pride weekend at the Dyke March and the Pride Parade with our own mass produced flyers. If you’re interested in being a part of the team who are distributing these, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We are looking for help with transportation and weekend housing during the Butch Voices conference in Oakland. In this time of economic difficulty, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Do you have a spare bed or couch for conference participants?
Would you be willing to drive from the host hotel to local activities?
Do you have a room at the host hotel and have space for a roommate to share expenses?
Are you interested in splitting costs by having a roll-away bed in your room to provide someone with a place to stay?
Are you coming to the conference from out of town and need accommodations or transportation?
Send an e-mail to Schon Wade who is overseeing this area for Butch Voices: email@example.com.
Provide your contact information: name, email address and phone number. Let us know how you would like to help provide assistance for others attending the conference or your need for assistance as an attendee.
Please enter Butch housing in the subject line.
You will receive a reply as quickly as possible to confirm receipt. As the conference dates get closer, Schon will coordinate what information is received, connecting local Bay area volunteers with attendees needing assistance.
Thanks again for any help you can provide. We are looking forward to hearing from you and seeing everyone at the conference in August.http://www.butchvoices.com
